Each training session will consist of:
•30 mins of ACL injury prevention exercises and training for our athletes
•Technical functional Training With Tactical Functional Movement
•Players will follow a specific college workout program that current college players perform in the summer months

Players will be placed on small sided teams for the summer.  Therefore you may have a few U16, U17, U18 and a college player or two.  College Players will lead the small sided teams in their college summer program workout.

Due to 97 Girls Burgundy and 99 Girls Burgundy attending Regionals, we understand and support that attendance will be flexible in some cases.  The rosters and training sessions are built to support this.
