Competitive Teams - 2018-2019 season

At Carolina Rapids, we believe in full transparency regarding fees.  Please see full detail below regarding all anticipated costs for the 2018-2019 season.
Important Details about Fees for Competitive Teams (all levels)
  • Uniforms - Uniform costs are not included in the fees listed below. Learn more about the uniform kits here. (LINK COMING SOON)
  • If you sign up for the payment plan, you will automatically be enrolled in Automatic Recurring Billing.  When you sign up for a payment plan at checkout, you will agree to have your credit card automatically charged for the monthly payment plan amount on the due date.
  • There is no pay-in-full discount this year.

In addition to the club fees mentioned above, each family is responsible for Team fees,  which are paid to the Team Coordinator/Teasurer and  cover the cost of referee fees, tournament entry costs, coach reimbursements and misc fees (calling post, snacks). NOTE: the U18/19 USYS/Composite team fees are estimated at approximately $1200 due to more extensive travel (based on 2017 team costs)

Fees for the Girls ECNL Program

The ECNL amount listed is an estimate fee for the season 2018-2019. This covers all costs associated with field rental, team coaching, sports performance training, player registration fees, insurance, administrative and operational expenses.  Travel fees are not included in this price. For these fees, you can take advantage of our club's payment plan, which spreads the payments out over the course of the season. 

Due to schedules not being finalized until August/September, the final fee will be determined once a travel budget is formulated. Until then the club reserves the right to adjust the fee accordingly. The final fee will be determined and communicated in September of 2018.

Uniform costs are not included in this fee.

The ECNL amount listed is an estimate fee for the season 2018-2019 (The 2017-2018 season final fee was $4500).  This covers all costs associated with field rental, team coaching, sports performance training, player registration fees, insurance, administrative and operational expenses, showcase entry fees and most travel expenses for the program*.  For these fees, you can take advantage of our club's payment plan, which spreads the payments out over the course of the season. 

Due to schedules not being finalized until August/September, the final fee will be determined once a travel budget is formulated. Until then the club reserves the right to adjust the fee accordingly. The final fee will be determined and communicated in September of 2018.

*NOTE– This fee does not include the travel associated with one showcase event that is categorized as a family trip centered around the holiday season in December/January. The club will not travel as a team during this time but rather allow families flexibility in holiday travel. 

**NOTE - This fee does not include the costs of travel for any team that makes Nationals.  That amount will be determined and collected when needed.  The cost of travel will be covered via sponsorship, player fundraising and member payments.
